Nel: at a critical stage in the trial he still did that, while he was in therapy, while staying in a house where he was being looked after.

 

I think Nel is highlighting that his behaviour was bad even while he was having therapy and mebbe he's trying to show where M'lady has made mistakes in her rulings

yes, a lot of stuff they couldn't bring in, either paid off or covered up

I thought it was very biased 

to be fair her assessment was on OP so the bulk of it would have been about him - think Gerrie is not tackling the right areas of the report - hopefully he'll rectify that after the break
