I think it was...but that doesn't excuse Masipa for not finding him guilty on the DE charge, I have not seen one legal eagle agree with her findings

I think its mad...OP lied and he walks away from a murder charge, Fresco lied over a driving charge

The tie reckons that the DE dismissal will be a point of appeal should the state wish to due to the correctness of the decision

He also said that calling him a untrustworthy witness then accepting he didn't mean to kill anyone is another point that could be brought up at appeal and the two stances contradict each other!!! 

this guy reckons Nel will appeal...and the legal pundits can't understand why he was not found of DE... he said she's expanded the self defence for people to be able to shoot at a closed door without knowing if there is a threat and reckon what she's done is dangerous
