I don't personally - I think the State didn't provide enough evidence of pre med but I did think DE was very feasible

Judgey sounds like she is selectively believing some of OP's testimony but not all but, the bits she is using to frame her judgement suggest he's getting away with it

I really can't see that Pengy...I think its more to do with money, position and hero status and I do feel he he should have been found guilty of DE, this opens the door for others to plead the same when they have intentionally murdered someone behind closed doors
