am watching this morning and they are interviewing a British journo who is the only journo that has been allowed to be with OP and his family through this. .he thinks OP is innocent and a great person.. the family clearly have brainwashed him as he says he feels for what THEY have been going thru!!
Five minutes break.
#OscarTrial Barry Roux made a big deal about this concept of 'transferred intent'. It's quite legal and dense. What will be her take?

She's in like Flynn
back
I think I will have a moment
She's in like Flynn
Judge using A B and C to describe scenarios and possible verdicts..
she's really reinforcing the legalese to ensure her decision can't be overturned
#OscarPistorius Dolus Eventualis means you may not have murdered the person you intended to, but you did aim to unlawfully kill someone
I'm lost
Twitter journos just went very quiet. Me too.

That's my take on what happened.

Judge dealing with the case of murder of Dolus Indirectus, in which person A intends to kill B, but accidentally kills C.
Oscar getting teary again.
yes
But did he intend to kill person, not just shoot? Judge cites another case as she mulls that crucial point.
Judge: Did accused have intention to kill person behind door? Not necessarily same as intention to shoot.
I just don't know which way she is going to go
are they due a lunch break soon? I need to nip out quickly but don't want to miss the actual verdict...
My take on it all, based on instinct and info form various different places and OP's character is that they had a huge row and she locked herself in the bathroom to get away form OP and he was pissed off with that so started banging on the door with a bat to try to open it and she screamed to tell him to stop and in a fit of fiery rage he went to get a gun to shoot the lock off and shot her as well.. intent may not have been to shoot her but he did considering the ammunition he used and she may have been collateral damage but if he'd missed her and got in I bet it wouldn't have been for a 'friendly' chat.
I could be completely wrong but I reckon it was something like that .. who am I to say but nothing else makes sense to me

Imo, four shots indicate he meant to kill. One shot might be considered a warning shot.

totally agree with you Yogz
So we're looking at murder by dolus eventualis, that he should have foreseen that his actions could have killed someone he did not intend.

Feeling sorry for himself again?
Masipa says the test that determines intention is subjective - only person who can say what intention was is
