I saw the one on Sky, I think it proved beyond doubt he was guilty. I think she was a beard and not his wife in the proper sense

I'm not saying I think he is innocent, just that I don't know if he's guilty.

I hope it's televised, it should make interesting viewing.

yes, I could be persuaded if the proof was there...I have been in this case

When I started watching this case I was completely open minded and prepared to accept it was a terrible accident, but I have been persuaded by the evidence that Oscar is guilty of CH.

I was to be honest, I thought it surely had to be an accident. Now I am convinced it was more than that, but hope he gets at least CH  I find it impossible for him not to know it was her in the bathroom, she had taken her phone but it was left in the bathroom and never taken into the toilet where the light was broken..I think it was dropped when he was chasing her  All my thoughts, but I feel much more went on that night Yogi.

She doesn't agree that Stipp tailored his evidence   he had a torrid time on the stand

I have found Alex Crawford to be very biased throughout Pengy...watch for a SKY exclusive with the Pistorious family

totally agree - I think she's vile grrrr

She now refers to the phone records which help to determine the timeline,Pistorius's calls to friends &security, neighbours calls to security

he's admitted shooting her - so he'll have to have some sort of sentence but it depends on which verdict she gives - he could even walk but I very much doubt that - I think it will be CH with a pittance of a sentence
