adverts, you'll be fine Pengy...if its anything like my sky it records from the beginning anyway

that made absolutely no sense whatsoever but I'm sure Barry could make a case for it being good English

I meant to say I forgot to set it to record then had a mad dash trying to find what channel the plus one was on

I knew what you meant, after all we're all thinking like Barry now  You have to read between the lines, change it about a bit then say to yourself...'I pit it to mee that Pingee meant' and you're there

yes...I'm not looking forward to seeing him in the morning, although it will be a short day...17 cups of teas. a fag break and 7 adjournments

That's one thing I don't get. Why does Judge Masipa allow the lawyers to call the shots so far? No pun intended.

Thanks for investigating. Never mind, I'll persist with the Beeb and The Guardian site too.

Xochi, I've been watching the trial live on this link. I find it better than the BBC link.

it's exhausting for Barry to repeat everything 10 times and then given his lapses in memory, he never has the right paperwork so adjournments are needed

it was painstaking but very thorough and in some ways explained moved items etc., but again another short day in the South African judiciary world however, we weren't treated to adjournments  until of course Eye pit it tooooo yoooo got going

and Gerrie Nel is supposed to be one of the best prosecutors in SA - today we saw just a glimpse of this

we did indeed Pengy...and more questions than answers! Much more likely to pointing towards a fracas of sorts before the shooting. Maybe Nel is going to have a Perry Mason moment with all this new evidence, or at least new to us.

I look forward to that

can't believe the hold up this morning - I've only got so much time to watch this trial today - the good news is there will be no tea break due to the late start

Gerrie Nel is questioning the photographer again (16 lots of CDs of photos)  hope we're not going through them all   gawd help us if eye pitt it tooo yooo gets going we'll have adjournment after adjournment for each CD

FM

me neither Pengy, it seems Roux asks for stuff as he goes along. He's getting on me norks already  What an irritating obnoxious man he is, he really does try to intimidate the witnesses...with his smirking, staring and laughing with his team, it would not be allowed in a UK court.   Nel on the ball this morning, he's not letting twist things to suit today!

he's a cheeky git - eye want yooo to listen very carefully to what I'm saying to you

he's trying to say the photographer is a liar and wasn't alone in the bathroom when taking pictures - he'll be accused of stealing the watch next
