 Naughty Pengy.

's evidence is extremely technical and detailed. He gives a conclusion for every scenario

still not fact though...so I'm very bored

Depends how good your hearing is, I suppose. But I guess there are limits to what people can hear, regardless of how good their hearing is.

must admit my hearing is dodgy and I live on a main road - I put my hearing down to age but also the rock concerts I've attended that were very very loud

however, at a night time and bear in mind I live by spaghetti junction and on one of the busiest roads day and night in Birmingham, I can still hear the workmen doing road works on the motor way which is more than 177m away

Does that mean that Burger woman couldn't have heard it?!

that's what he's implying

Lin also casts doubt on whether emotion from scream, or gender of screamer, could have differentiated from 170 meters away.

must say I don't agree with him - I think you can hear a scream from that distance   he's a defence witness who's job is to refute the States assertions

I don't understand the sound thing, but maybe the roadworks are at a different level/decibel/frequency thingybob than a scream.

hmmm I'd have said a scream is a damned sight louder than a tarmacing lorry

I know you can...I'm further than that off the main road and can hear girls shouting and drunks laughing on a quiet night about 2 in the morning

hmmm I'd have said a scream is a damned sight louder than a tarmacing lorry

But not louder than a pneumatic drill, if they are digging up the road.

Wait a minute, you did not specify which tools the workmen were using. You need to give us full information if we are to make an informed judgement on your roadwork decibels.

and me...other witnesses more or less confirmed her times and she went first

She went first to give evidence at the trial but she didn't come forward with her "witness" statement for ages after the event - and after lots had been reported in the media. Nothing will convince me that she told the truth.

as it pleases the court I apologise M'Lady and to Juror Yogz for not providing the full and comprehensive information - I did in fact leave this evidence at the house with the cord and if you look at the photos you can clearly see my notes there next to Roger Rocks so I put it to you that the police must have lost this vital information and I forgot therefore to state it

I just see no reason for her to lie  and as I said, others confirmed her times
