Which bit about the phones, in particular, are you referring to?

the phone his personal one that was charging in the kitchen - strange when you think he was so concerned about burglaries that he was prepared to leave his phone downstairs charging   go the feeling it should have been his work phone downstairs as he wasn't fussed if that went missing but his personal phone he should have brought up stairs but he confused the two from what I understand but I could be wrong??????

His ex girlfriend testified that he never went anywhere without is main phone...I think she also stated that he charged it by his bed at night. She said he even took it to the toilet...on the night of the shooting, Reeva's phone was found in the bathroom with the back cover off, OP's other phone that he never used was also found in the bathroom. His phone that he uses all the time was last seen on charge in the kitchen downstairs...I don't believe they were in bed when all this started Yogi

I suppose he could have just made a mistake. Were both phones the same kind of phone?

he didn't confuse the two when one went walk-a-bout for two weeks and was eventually handed in when the police asked for it.

You think they argued downstairs and Oscar followed her upstairs when she went to pack and leave? Certainly possible.

that's what I was thinking and I think they were both Iphones but he never left his personal one alone so I guess he must have made a mistake but makes you wonder why - I'd check but if he was distracted by an argument say, maybe he didn't?

see, I truly do not believe he did Yogi...and if he had been in bed from 7pm/8pm as he stated, why would you leave a phone on charge that long

Oscar didn't have the phone on him when he left the house, otherwise the police would have taken it off him when he went with them to give a statement, so who removed the phone from the house?

State say that the lead was never on the itinerary of items logged but Barry insists it was and to be fair, I'm with Barry on this - looks like the police have lost it and are not admitting and M'lady is not happy and rightly so

she's saying that the State must know where it is and Gerrie says it must have been left in the house
