if the trial had gone on any longer he would have come up with another excuse and he's not mad just 'farting for his luff'

meanwhile he'll be happily staying at Uncle Arnie's ranch, going in every day to draw pretty pictures  and try and con 4 professionals - nah!  They'll work out he's doing this to pull the wolmarans over people's eyes

it would be with me if Roux was involved  How come Roux was allowed one of their experts on this panel of Doctors

I imagine again so there is no legal loop hole the defence can use for an appeal - he can't say he hasn't been treated fairly

As I've said many times I believe OP should be an inpatient. I can only believe Masipa can't have the trial indef. delayed by waiting.

I think he is right and probably why she's gone down the Out Patient route

yes...  I think it might be a good thing in the long run. If he was an inpatient I think it would have made him anxious and been easier for him to get a light sentence...he won't want the stigma of being detained in a mental institution  he's said a few times there is nothing wrong with him and everyone knows its the only time he's spoken the truth

Interesting post on page 435 of the DS thread...its the first post and has been quoted. I've not copied and pasted because it doesn't seem quite right from another forum...but the post makes so much sense. I've been convinced for quite some while that OP is more than likely an out and out murderer..although they haven't maybe proved it, but the circumstantial evidence, plus his many, many lies have convinced me.

Someone else pointed out about some herbal stuff he was taking and it might have to do with erectile dysfunction  and it was also mentioned on one of the many experts blogs...we don't know if there was any truth in it though, although it would maybe explain him browsing porn sites. Who knows Aimee...but obviously putting all the messages together like that poster did makes a mockery of their planned night, as it was obvious she wanted to be back home Some very clever and patient sleuths over yonder  like someone else pointed out you can oly believe 5% of what he says and discount the other 95%

which when you think about it is also odd from her point of view!  It definitely comes across as it all being about him, but strange that the night before Valentine's day she wants to go home.  Maybe the speech the next morning was on her mind [funny giving a speech on DV on the supposed most romantic day of the year]

the more I think about it, the more I believe either it was a sham relationship set up to raise both their profiles and she was about to leave it putting any future deals for OP at risk or she worked out they had nothing in common and he's a selfish, self-centred oik and she wanted out but he felt threatened

But, if that were the case, why did she have a Valentine's card for him, in which she had written, I think now might be the day to tell you I love you - or words to that effect?

simples my dear Yogi...so he could open it the next morning  She had no intention of staying the night, she wanted to finish her speech and made that clear in her texts.

soooooooooooo

we know she wasn't staying on the 13th, she wanted to go home and finish her speech for the girls she was addressing the next morning in Johannesburg, so it makes sense she would want to be there for that.

He told her about the sh*tty thing and asked her to stay, she never replied and told him to continue with his plans with his family. yet he still wanted her there even though she said she wanted to be away for 6 o'clock.

Twice in evidence he changed his mind halfway through his testimony... OP's own words,

I was getting increasingly tired and I said to her err, do you want me to close the doors or will you close them when you come, when you fall asleep?

Will you bring in the fans, close the curtains and lock the door when you come, when you fall asleep. She said to me that she would. Then I fell asleep.

Twice he nearly said when you come to bed!  Also, I do believe she did eat a snack much later, 8 hours for that amount of food to be still in her stomach is ridiculous, I don't think she went to bed. I believe there was one almighty row and I believe he was on his prosthesis. He said in testimony he was on his knees in the hallway outside the door, I believe at that point he had his prosthesis on when he fired, only he was on his knees.

I believe the four witnesses that heard 4 bangs/shots at three and then more at around 3.17.

I also don't trust anyone that was in that house that morning, who took OP's phone home, why did Aimee Pistorious and Standlers daughter take Reeve's handbag, why did she go in the safe , did she take the watch because it was broken? That would explain the blood on the outside and inside of the box! If anyone tampered with evidence or moved stuff it was his family and friends!

The blood droplets on the duvet, the fans not plugged in where he said they were, out on the balcony and then he didn't go out on the balcony. I for one don't believe a single word out of his mouth, I have loads more...just give me time to think

Think Yogi was referring to Reeva leaving OP altogether, not just the house?

Maybe she was letting him down gently... very gently  Maybe she intended to later down the road, say I love you but I just can't live with you etc.

oh right Rosie...I just think like most women she want it to work, even knowing its going to  She was going to make him a meal on Valentine's night, that was confirmed by the texts when sent on the 8th making those arrangements. She had no intention of staying there on the 13th.

I was Rog, I was referring to Pengy's suggestion that it was a sham relatinship and she wanted to leave it.

FWIW, I think Reeva had fallen for Oscar but she had niggling doubts about his moods and temper.
