Just had one of these.

So the argument that Vorster testified to was that OP would have been compromised by his fear of being intruded upon. Yet he was happy to have his balcony door open but locked his bedroom door whilst Reeva was there? Either way his testimony was inconsistent then? Still stacking up badly for the accused.

Strong Irish tea for me please Frank moonie, drop of milk one sugar.

Xochi

Morning

I've just watched bit of Dr Vorsters testimony again and how carefully she worded her answers on Nels second day of cross!

It's very bias towards OP in my opinion, noticeably when Nel asked her about the patio doors, she did make sure that she felt 'if he was living with someone he might leave the doors open knowing someone else was going to lock them' I'd go as far as saying she was tailoring her reply to fit OP's defence

Reading on the net, most legal experts think Judgie will not grant this order, although Roux intends to bring another witness in to testify about OP's mental state and his flight or fight response. I hope if she doesn't grant it, she takes on board how many times the defence changed its take on the night and Nel stated already he can't have three different defences...Roux would have us believe OP wasn't there it was Frank in the bloody bedroom next

Off for a shower before it begins

absolutely your Dameship   morning everyone

I'm fully expecting either Frank Moonie to be blamed or June Steenkamp for having given birth to Reeva

I don't think Judgie will grant it either

caught up with the OP catch up with the Tie - what the feck is it with these SA men - a black suit = fine, a silver and white tie = fine but a fecking black shirt to top it off - do their women allow them to go out like that so every other woman thinks they're such a terrible dresser they're unfanciable?  wrong they just look ridiculous sexy but ridiculous

Morning Pengy

I looked on catch up and couldn't find the Tie, looked this morning too and no Tie

I hope the judge allows it after thinking about I Pengy, I know it would mean a mental institution rather than jail if he's found to be mentally unstable...but can you imagine those places, its not going to be a cushy 5 star private ward and the stigma attached for him  better than him walking free with a slap on the wrists  Win win for Nel I think

Aimee's gone on strike  I hope her Internets sorted

bloomin' slaves and unpaid servants  hired staff - just don't want to do their jobs properly

I know...I think Frank Moonie overslept again  Bad enough he slept through a bloody murder, but to be late with brekkie is unforgivable

which is probably more likely, but I liked to run with my own take on it

I've inherited Yogi's sensible head while she's away
