This is what amazes me too. How on earth can the prosecution function when they get no access to the defence case? Yet Nel has managed to badger the defence witnesses  merely acting on instinct by simply listening to the evidence. Roux has failed to react half as well. This witness is just another example of a hastily cobbled together part of the defence.

Roux is well and truly being outclassed Xochi and I take my hat off to Nel's sharp brain and grasp of the law
