I think it was a cracking day for the prosecution.

The expert agreed

1) OP was a risk with a weapon

2) Confirmed that OP had told her he wanted to shoot the intruder..intent 

3) Evaluates OP over 12 months after the event 

and by what I have been reading and I may be wrong, if Nel gets the evaluation he may not use it if he so wishes

More interestingly, what did Roux say to Roxanne Adams? It looked like a major telling off and her face was furious for the rest of the day. Trouble in the defence camp perhaps.

Good summary Damesy.  But I reckon Nel will withdraw the application for an evaluation, even if Judgie allows it. By appearing magnanimous Nel will be able to belittle and therefore dismiss the defence testimony... again!
