it is - the 4th I believe and I called it  apparently though it's the least likely to work in SA but I think they've seen how well Dewani has played this so it's the last chance saloon

I still think he will be found fit to be sentenced...he's been socializing and holidaying

Roux says it must be an allegation... Nel says it's more than an allegation, the psychiatrist has made a finding, a diagnosis

Advocate Kenny Oldwadge is back in court after being absent for more than a week. BB

he's eaten all the pies as he's so stressed - in fact I think he may have GAD or possibly PTSD - depends on which defence route he decides to take

I think she's lost like us

Can't imagine Roux had this in his thinking when he said this would be over tomorrow. This has gone sideways.

Nel: "My lady, this will be my argument... I feel strongly... I'm sure it wasn't Mr Roux's intention to have his client referred"

Gerrie Nel says he hasn't had time to read the full report but he "feels strongly" about this and will explain his applic in greater length

If referred for mental observation, he will spend 30 days being psychiatrically evaluated in state mental hospital@eNCAnews

so at the very least he'll be carted away for 30 days then they'll need to do reports and then the case will resume - bet Barry really regrets taking on this case

it's been a cracker of a day [not forgetting about Reeva]
