Looks like a really fun game as well, like dodgeball. Was a good lesson in curbing enthusiasm and having to stay as quiet as possible because we're going to have to do it all again next week at the 5 a side football.

Suzy C4 just showed a quick report on goalball with GB's win over Brazil. I see what you mean about having to stay quiet. They compared it to the silence just before a tennis player serves ie theres tension / excitement even without the crowd noise.

Same here Went to see the Athletics this morning - amazing! It was non stop sport for the whole (almost) 4 hours we were there, at times I didn't know what to watch! We saw Stef Reid get silver in the long jump, and saw her medal ceremony Also saw Aled Davies get gold in the discus, it was brilliant and the whole stadium went mental Unfortunately didn't see him get his medal, but did watch it on TV tonight

Nice one Saz! My biggest regret was not getting stadium tickets for the track and field. Still, I got see some Olympic centre court tennis and table tennis at the ExCeL when I was still pregnant....and had the baby in time to see some Paralympic stuff too. It's been so exciting just having it on home turf.

That's fab Rosie. I've been out this afternoon and evening so didn't watch any coverage. Good win for GB because we were told that the Brazilians were one of the fancied teams in goalball.
