Parachute jump man who survives... what's the weird apparition on the hilltop?

I guess you have probably all heard about the guy who fell 6000 feet out of the sky, into the snow on the side of a mountain in Russia, but as he is about to land on the side of the mountain; what IS that 'green coloured' thing up on the mountain there?

It's quite close to the start of this video, and is first spotted about 15 seconds into this video and appears in the middle of the screen for about 5 seconds. My hubby said it looks like a dragon's head?

Can anyone else see it, and what is it?

If you can find out the name of the mountain you could then perhaps google it and find out why the green dragon is there?

She did in a very very crap film that was on the telly a couple of months ago... called "Loch Ness Terror". She moved to a lake in the US... and Leo from Charmed killed her
