There are 4 navigation arrows on your keyboard, up arrow, down arrow, right arrow and left arrow.....

Quote as you did before....then put cursor at the end of quote...press your return button & then the pgdn button....should work!!

I think it's much easier on the eye.  I don't think the black navigation bar was ever at the top of Gaga was it?  I love the opening page with the new colours, and the boxed off business in here at the side and the big gaga in lights

It seems much more of a forum now than a piece sectioned off for us...plus...what's the start a social thing at the top?

Are you placing the cursor at the very end of the quote ?  no gaps!

In MS Internet Explorer you can go to the end of the quote and press the ENTER + down arrow key as previously stated.

I CANNOT get that to work on Firefox (I've not tested on other browsers).

The only way I can get OUTSIDE the quote box in FF is to go to HTML view and enter the line break tag -  <br />

EG in HTML view.....

<div class="small_print">Reference: Someone</div>
<div class="quotedText">Someone's post</div>

Ferny go through it stage by stage. I tried but with not much luck. I can do it but can't explain it very well

So, if I want to quote, I have to shut down Firefox (and all the tabs I have open) and start all over again in IE?  I really can't be bothered.

Have you tried what I said in my post ^^^^^? I know replying in HTML isn't ideal but all you have to do is type <br /> outside the tags and then return to normal view.

Step back IMO.  I would have liked, like many others to see blogs and tweets separated, not keen on the most users box, not really bothered about it as we all know Darlo is far and away the winner on that one and it's just taken me ages to find my ticker, wouldn't have found it if my cursor hadn't ended up on the top bar.

It's a shame really as this place has such potential with the chance to have groups formed of like minded people, the chance to blog and tell people about interesting subjects and without a list of what is going on, the forum feels a little isolated from the rest of the site.
