There are different rules, revolving around consent of the "victim"
If a typical bloke were to forcefully pull down a typical girl's underwear and she didn't like it then there would be outrage. A typical bloke does not need the consent of a typical girl to perform the act. Even if consent seemed to be given by the girl there would always be suspicion that the consent might not have been genuine because she could not prevent the act.

There are different rules, see below.
If a typical bloke were to forcefully pull down a typical girl's underwear and she didn't like it then there would be outrage because there would be an issue of consent. A typical bloke does not need the consent of a typical girl to peform the act. If an unusually large and aggressive female were to perform the act on Freddie, who is quite small and weedy, then the issue of consent could be raised.

The way Freddie chased her and tried to spank her suggests a level of playfulness and intimacy that you do not allow for anywhere in your post. For instance, they had also shared a shower along with other housemates last night.
Sophie pulled Freddieâs pants down in their darkened bedroom; not to humiliate, not to bully and not as some perversion â it was an act of fun, and was taken as such.
I am disappointed that the bully card seems to be entering the debate.
