We haven't properly 'moved' yet... this ..gaga format.. will go.. woosh.. and be absorbed into LiveCloud in the forum format that is already over there.. plus some tweaks and bug fixes hopefully

I managed to get through the login register process, but can't work out how to explore our future home. Do I click LiveCloud next to the existing login? When I do it shows me the option to log out of gagajoyjoy or update my LiveCloud account. As I haven't got there, surely there is nothing to update?

There is a tiny link to it at the bottom of the update livecloud account option if you prefer?

Sarum Darling, I don't think the peeps on here understand what is really happening, we will migrate over but the forum will not look or work the same as this, I loved this because it was the same as the C4 forum and I felt part of one big giant loveable family. Your a very beautiful lady and it's been a pleasure posting with you, which I hope to continue, unfortunately DS will never be the same as here.

Sorry Dave Sweetheart, I ain't techy minded, I love the Eve layout, I can manage it without hurting my brain, I should be in bed, I have a big funeral in a couple of hours, Horse, carraiges, Ken Dodds tears for souveniers & everything, and I'm more worried about this forum.

Remember when C4 announced they were shutting down (with a week's bliddy notice) and there was Dad's Army-esque panic and lots of 'oh nooes' and headless chicken impressions... and what happened.. it all turned out alright.

You have enough to think about without some daft forum taking up headspace. Do RL and then come back here, get the info and support (which you'll have lots of) and take it from there. Get set up so you're ready to post when the forum is migrated over and then make a decision.

I know ya 'motional.. but don't go worrying about something that hasn't happened yet..

open a new tab in firefox.. goto livecloud.com and follow the instructions but remember to make sure that the 'yes' box is checked if it asks if you already have an account..

put in your details from here.. if you set up an account when we had the temporary home at the Eve support forums and those details (e.g password) are different then put those in because they take precedence.. fill in all the required info and you should be alright..

I've been to Livecloud, and looked around; what I found there didn't impress, and didn't appeal to me.

katty, did you PM one of us? I didn't get a PM, and I can help you with a password issue (but I need a PM to do so.)

Day 2, still getting an error message every time I try to post over there. Some reassurance that the forum part will be less clunky would be great as some of us, including me, are getting worried that the forum will be unusable. We felt at home at Gagajoyjoy, those of us who came from C4, because it was exactly the format we were used to.

I get a error every time I post in the support forum BUT not if I edit a post.

I get an error every time I post in a Blog.

I do not get and error if I post in a dialog.


Don't know if that helps narrow down the problem at all.
