Thank you. It's still a bit of a shock, getting a message saying she was on her way to hospital and us thinking it was going to be a long day of waiting for news and then BOOM, she was here. 

Wow!  Great news, Cinds!   Congratulations to everyone     When will you get to see her?

We're off next week so I'm guessing we'll go to York at some point to see them.

 

They were all supposed to be coming up here today as we are having a party.

 

Can't wait to see her I have a huge assortment of very girly clothes for her.

Your poor step daughter though, it must have been pretty scary for her with everything being so fast and hectic!  Especially if it was her first pregnancy.  Although I think I might prefer that type of delivery to having to be induced and going through hours of delivery!  Anyway....hope mother and baby are both doing well x

I know this is gonna sound daft but ....you have posted pics of Mr Cinds on here - honestly I can see a likeness there.

 

I'll be interested to know what others in the family say but I really do see a likeness.

What a cutie-pie Cinds!  She looks adorable and importantly, peacefully asleep after what must have been a trauma to her and her parents and everyone! 

 

Welcome Amelia. I'm sure you're going to be loved and happy if your Grandma is anything to go by. Mind you, watch out when you get older Amelia. She can be a proper  when she wants to be!

Ells, Amelia is her 2nd child. Complete opposite birth. With Cameron she struggled for over 24 hours before having an emergency c section.

 

Soozy, Mr C's sister also thinks she looks like him. I can see Amelia's big brother in her.  I could see Mr C more in our grandson Luke. (The one born in May)

She has been given her middle name and she is Amelia Rose I said that to the mister yesterday that I liked the sound of that.

I'm so chuffed for you Cinds if she turns out anything like the Amelia Rose I know she'll be stunningly beautiful with a heart of gold.  Well done to all and may she bring you all the happiness in the world.

We have 2 grandsons too. One is almost 4 (Amelia's big brother) and the other is 3 months. Christmas just got a lot more expensive.
