I love the word 'simultaneous' and the word 'button' and the word 'waft' makes me laugh - I'm sure I'll think of more when you all remind me.

There are other words that always sound rude to me like finger and wipe, doesn't matter what context they're used in. I'm just filthy minded

Oh yes,I love that too Reminds me of Keats - have you noticed how it's become 'less used' to form a phrase?

I think it just sounds like what it is.

I love that word too. About three years ago I sat with my hubby and said that it felt a bit autumnal outside. He started really laughing at me and said I'd just made the word up! I had to show him a dictionary to prove it existed. He'll never live it down.

Aw, It's lovely tho'. In any respect - sad for those who love Summer or Winter - but Autumnal conjures up 'falling leaves, change of natural light/ smells of nature, falling leaves/clothes/fashion/ cooler weather after a long hot summer' OK, I'm being unrealistic on some of the descriptions.

As I said it's not a word that's often used now - we seem to have adopted words such as 'Autumn like'.

And I love, love, love the word "hamster". It sounds exactly what it is - small, cuddly, furry, fussy and busy!

Bobbin and strumpet are fab. They remind me of my nana.
My great grandma always used to call the odds and sods in the bottom of her bag 'tranklements'. I love that word too.

I prefer serendipitous. I like ripple too. But that's probably because it reminds me of chocolate.
