I saw a bit of last week's. Judging from the trailer I've seen of this one, it could be one of those formulaic things - same pattern every week.

Yeah, I am watching too. I was just thinking the same, would love the bosses at our place to come down from the ivory tower and get down to the floor, see the work we do and how the impact their desicions made over a boardroom desk have.

I would probably get sacked though cos I am past caring about it now and spend most of my time job hunting
