O/T Mobile contract advice please?

I'm currently with Virgin on PAYG. Usually I top up with £15 a month for six hundred texts the next month and occasionally put £20 for unlimited. I have a Sony W595 at the minute and am quite happy with it. This seems like a good deal to me....an upgrade and pay £15 for unlimited texts. Allthough I realise this is pay monthly 24 months. Any thoughts please?

I pay £20 a month for a Blackberry curve with 600 minutes, 600 texts and unlimited internet for me. I also pay £20 a month for an HTC wildfire which comes with free internet plus 600 minutes and unlimited texts for my son. That's with T-Mobile.

I have a contract with Orange, 400 mins, unlimited texts and a lot of internet access ..500mg,s or something ! £26 per month with vat its usually £33 . Have a Nokia 5230 . I am happy with that

On t-mobile for £10 a month contract you can get a free phone with 100 texts and 100 minutes with a flexible booster which you can use to get unlimited texts. I haven't checked anywhere else though so there may be better deals out there, like on Tesco mobile I saw an ad where on pay as you go they triple your credit when you top up £10 a month!

I have a BB curve with Virgin - I get 200 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited web access - £20 a month.

oh and my daughter is with virgin - has been for ages and she was thinking about moving away. So they changed her contract and now for £12.00 a month she is on god knows how many texts and 400 mins!

Just watch what you are taking on, remember vat going up in January to 20% . It will make a difference when you take out a 24 month contract

Now shoot me if I'm wrong but i thought I read somewhere about carphone doing a good deal on 24 month contracts ( I don't think I could commit to anything to 2 years).

That's another thing! I get free Virgin to Virgin calls and texts and free to Virgin landlines

I bought my own phone, have a £10 a month contract with O2, free unlimited call to all O2 phones (which most of my family and friends are on), unlimited texts to any phone and 300 mins cross network...it suits me fine

Honestly Onetoo it's brill deal and my daughter reckons there's free internet minutes, but I'm not sure peeps would have to check up on that, I never use my phone for the internet.

If you can't get a better deal, keep your contract phone when it's over and get it uniocked. and then go with O2
