The Beeb story has a group of men with him, some of whom may be charged too, and at a private address. I think we can infer things from that if we want to speculate.
the other man who was questined according to sky has been released.

Jack Tweed has been charged with rape and will appear in an Essex court today, the Met Police has said.

Jack Tweed has been charged with one count of rape

The widower of Jade Goody was arrested yesterday following a complaint from a young woman.

Tweed, 22, will attend Redbridge Magistrates Court in Ilford, Essex, later.

Another man in his 20s has been bailed pending further inquiries.

A third man, aged 25, was last night arrested over the alleged incident and is being held at an east London police station.

Yesterday, Met Police said a female in her late teens had come forward claiming she had been sexually assaulted.

She made the allegation after apparently meeting the men at a central London club on Thursday night.

Tweed has never been far from controversy since his reality TV star wife Jade died in March, shortly after the couple were married.

What a shame though as I was hoping he'd prove himself since Jade died. He's only been charged so far so it remains to be seen if he's actually convicted - I hope not though.

Its the boys that I feel for as they will hear about this in school and such like. How much does Jack have to do with the boys now?

Jack is a very silly boy if this is true Shake Head

A violent thug too.

Its not the first time he has been in court, having to answer charges, if he was a half decent bloke, which he isnt, he would think about the two boys and how they will suffer through his violent and selfish ways. he is a twat of the highest order.

He will plead his case with how he is grief stricken, and using Jades name yet again, to try and get himself off the hook, under the guise of diminished responsibility.

What gets me is - why would a girl leave a night club and go to a private address with Jack Tweed and his mates - surely anyone knows there is only one outcome. Unless she was drugged of course.

Indeedy. I'm speculating wildly (based on nothing other than that info) that she was interested in his 'celebrity' glamour and, with alcohol, things got out of hand where no didn't mean no. With such a quick charge, I'd say there were witnesses - the young guy on bail probably - and he's made a statement, after being leaned on over the possible consequences as an accomplice, about what went on there.

I agree.

He's an awful bloke an unintelligent Neanderthal and I agree it doesn't make him guilty of rape but nothing he does surprises me.

We'll have to see how this story develops, but whatever the outcome him being associated with what seems like gang rape is not good.

Thing is Jeggo, this girl is "17" apparently.... and in my opinion leaving a club with a bloke and his mates and going to a private address doesn't make it obvious that you're going to be raped.

That's a very sweeping statement.

I was very careful not to make a sweeping statement, just asking if people are really that naive. And I disagree with you - I think it goes without saying that its obvious you are going to be involved in some sort of sordid sex activity - do people still think they`re invited back to private addresses to `look at my etchings`? There is a responsibility on both sides.

Confused

So, we must presume that all men are rapists? Glance

Don`t go to the other extreme - No but Jack Tweed`s reputation goes before him.

Still think that its obvious that when you leave a club with the likes of Jack Tweed and his mates and go to a private address they aren`t just taking you there for a cup of coffee.
