had you not eaten or drank all day cos thats what happens to me often, i get the sickly feeling and the dizziness, and feel really crappy.
no i didnt have lunch but that isnt unusual for me, i think i have a cold or something coming on - very chesty (ahem!) and a bit snotty - felt all warm and uncomfortable in work and had to get out of there, just wanted my bed but now i am home i feel like a fraud!!
