I'm having some real issues with the Itunes store ... i'm trying to buy a couple of music videos but i keep getting an error message saying ... could not purchase "file name" A duplicate file name was specified .. there was an error in the itunes store please try again later.

It's really beginning to p!ss me off ... its been happening for a few days now! Is anyone else having this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated xoxo

I'm not an I-Tunes expert (I don't use it) but that suggests that you may allready have that tune Jensen.

That said. I've just bought an ION cassette tape to MP3 converter and that uses I-Tunes. Hope it works

I don't already have it ... and i've never had issues with Itunes before. This is really getting on my nerves.

This may not be of any help, however...........
I spent a lot of time converting music, vinyl, cassettes, and CD's.
Also TV progs, films, home and holiday videos to digital. These laid dormant on my PC until I joined the ithing fraternity. iTunes picked these up and they will play on m'phone. I hate to be thought of as a tightwad but I buy things only as a last resort. (Grateful Dead-live)

I use it all the time and have never had this problem but there is a number on there you can ring for help if you have problems which I've used in the past and they have been good....I think its in the contact us section somewhere, sorry not at home so cant look.

I'm using all my memory but I'm sure the support section is at the very top right of the iTunes site.
