That is so blinking good . I am impressed.

I'vr juyst remebered, I was going to put some grass on it.  But it was due at 1pm and my toddler destroyed the original at 10.35 am this morning and so I had to remake it from scratch and I had it remade by 7pm So I am pretty pleased with myself getting it looking OK despite tht circumstances.

Could you make a Jurassic Park cake with fully automated dinosaurs walking around?

Good morning guys

Bit more sober now lol - was at a different 40th last night that I made sponge for the cake for (his wife decorated it) and I had a couple of glasses of the tipply stuff lol 

What happened yesterday was it was put very high up yesterday overnight, for the icing to go off overnight so it would be less susceptible to fingermarks when I was working on it during the next day.  I thought it was too high for the toddler to reach but he dragged a chair up to the fishtank and managed to just reach the flexible plastic sheet it was sat on and pulled the entire thing off! I walked into the front room to find him stuffing cake into his mouth and just yelled "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO".  I was so annoyed with him but I put him in his room to bed and then ranted and raved and had a huge blazing row with hubby!

I do make cakes for a job but it's not a serious job and I wouldn't be able to make a living wage out of it and because of incidents like yesterdays I don't do really big cakes.  I do get bored really easily and so I go through some periods of refusing to do them because I know I can't be arsed to do it properly! I do love it in general though.

I'm thinking of doing some for my website that are Star Trek cakes and World of Warcraft cakes at the moment, I love sci fi/fantasy type cakes

I like the custard cream. The bakewell looks like a slag, could I exchange her for a hob nob?

I would but I don't really get drunk often enough lol  It only took two glasses of white wine last night and I was dancing like the Village People and hugging almost everyone in the room and bitching about the local queen bee because she wore a dress that made her look six months pregnant.  Our friend, who doesn't know the Queen Bee in question, genuinely thought she was pregnant which made my night
