It's the research cost I'm thinking of
When I was last at the optician in May I mentioned my left eye at times felt that there were eyelashes irritating it.I bought Optrex etc.She had a look under the powerful magnifier and stated that on my bottom eyelid I had a small cluster of ingrowing eyelashes.She said they must be really annoying.They were! watery eye etc.She said I can pluck them or I can refer you to the eye hospital to pluck them.Eek!
Or just gently rub them and pull them yourself,I did this,worked great,every couple months I have to do it when they grow back.
