Oh and not to mension the kids screaming through the whole flight

I actually managed to sleep once 2 years ago. I broke my leg over there on the third day and was sent back by First Class on Delta
I have been to florida twice in 1997 and 2002. I remember me and family we slept on the plane on the way there I think when we went in 2002. I managed to sleep but the chair was uncomfortable to sleep in so I dont think I slept for long. The 9 hour flight is so long and you just get bored but on the flight we could watch movies on this portable video thing so that kept me occupied. The holiday in Florida both times were awsome
I could sleep on a washing line me. I'm so hyper when I'm awake I pass out as soon as I shut my eyes
I hate flying whether short or long flights. However tired I am I can't sleep on planes. It makes jet lag even worse on long flights.
I was on a flight to New York and I fell asleep 2mins after take off and woke up just as we were landing
I've been to Florida quite a lot i love it i found not having any sleep the night before did me
I've never been on a plane but my daughter flew to Florida to join her new ship. She got upgraded to first class and had free champagne and she slept well.
what time are you flying?quote:Originally posted by MrMeatAndPotatoePie:

I went to Tunisia. Had a throat infection so was on strong antibiotics. Fell asleep with my face pressed against the window of the plane, drooling down my chin and nobody woke me
I envy those who can sleep sitting up...I can be dead on my feet, eyes like burning coal but still can't sleep on planes.
I have only ever flown to Tenerife and Majorca and I was too excited to sleep, plus I found it fascinating to look for planes out the window, I was shocked when I seen the first one lol

I just don't know what to say. You're kidding me right?

I think I know the parts you mean. You had me worried for a minute. Thankfully I have no plans to fly just now.
I fly a lot actually, very unfortunatly since I am scared to death every single time. Cant ever sleep unless I drink a lot and lay down on the floor, I know it is not allowed but I put the tray tables down and usually they dont notice. My thinking is, if we crash, it wont matter if I am strapped in or not. I am going on a 13 hour flight next month and just hate it, cant smoke or sleep. Very cranky woman gonna land in Asia.
I fell asleep on a flight to LAX on BA once... It was a shame as i was doing the steward at the time in the upstairs crew area

If they don't move you've likely got a problem, a bumpy ride at a minimum. it's quite alright, they are supposed to move.
Its called Wing Flex.... If you ever get to Fly on a Boeing 777 it looks awesome...... What it is is is down to is the Fuel Tanks in the wing starting to burn up fuel. That is stored in them..All perfictally normalquote:Originally posted by Dave - GaGa:quote:Originally posted by *BB*:quote:Originally posted by madamski:
