Seems to me there was been a lot of sad and shocking stories in the news the last few days and also people worrying about exam results, also the change over to LoudCloud has worried a lot of people, so I'm lightening the mood a little.

and you can buy them as pets, its not illegal to keep them

Adorable! Liked the way the adults made sure the kids stayed safely in the background when nosing up to the camera on the floor of their enclosure.

I watched the BBC series "Meerkat Manor".They can be vicious little barstewards to each other.Rival clans will fight to the death.Even in their own clan,the dominant female is the only one allowed to breed,if her sisters or niece's etc have pups the dominant female will kill them.They ain't cute and fluffy all the time.But that is nature,many looking after a few to ensure their survival etc.
