Oh flip, I missed this - I usually watch it but forgot - they're normally excellent.
I watched it for the first time last night ........really good. I try to avoid series that run a continuous story cos I always end up missing one or two. I liked the fact that it was all tied up at the end.
Great cast too.

I've recorded last night's but they are always excellent. Anything by Jimmy McGovern usually is though.
True, he's brilliant
I still tend to go for US drama series though. Shows like The Wire/The Shield/ Rescue Me/Greys Anatomy......

I'm watching The Wire now. It is good. Not as good as The Sopranos though. That was the best TV ever. I love Mad Men too.

Queenie....nothing but nothing could even come close to The Sopranos. Tony Soprano was (and still is) my most embarrassing fantasy ever!
Jonas Armstrong(aka Robin Hood) stars in next mandays as a young soldier returning from Afghanistan.

I'm gonna wait for the box set of this series. I prefer box sets - saves the hassle of waiting a week to see what happens next
