At this point it is surely pertinent to say, 'why?'.  Have you got one of them rotisserie things and a mahoosive hunk of meat of dubious provenance at home to construct said doner?
LOL

No they are fake kebabs really - roasted lamb, lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, red onion. cucumber and chilli sauce.
A tad healthier..

Yaah, it's cool.  Just not really a doner unless it's cooked on one of the rotating thingies.  It means rotating meat or summat, lol

Stuffed pitta bread then    I've not really experienced any probs with pitta from anywhere.  Just don't heat them too long, slice the edge off and open them carefully.  Seems to work.

Well I hadn't eaten them for years and it had never been a problem but now I am having real issues..
Probably just my crap technique.

They are LOOVVELY. I have a kebab shop near me that does THEEEEEE nicest chicken kebabs in the world. God knows how they prepare their chicken, it is the softest whitest nicest bits of char grilled chicken breast (never had a bit of fat or gristle or any nasty lumpy bit) with a spicy sauce. Put that with lots of salad and its nearly a health food
