Have you tries dingling your dongle? If that fails you can interface it with the wangle, it's a bit more tricky but you can use the hardware to establish a stronger winkle which should speed things up.

I have a T-Mobile one and was having probs with it recently, so I phoned them to complain and the woman told me that in order to get good service I had to sit by the window or door, or outside!

Queenie I have a 3 dongle and it used to drive me insane at the begining! I live in a built up area so getting a signal seemed to have been a nightmare until I moved my PC upstairs near the window so the signal became a lot stronger. Play around with it because even moving it from one side of your desk to the other can change the signal strength.

Also, try not to downlaod anything from the web as it eats up your credit! I find the £10 top up last me around 2 weeks whereas the £15 lasts 30 days so might be better value to buy a bigger top-up aswell.

Use your dongle extender! The dongle works better if it's vertical.

My friend had an O2 dongle when he moved as a temporary measure - it drove him up the wall!!
