CLinique Dark Red one (dark cherry I think)... it is the glossiest nail varnish I have ever found, and it doesn't chip.

Barry M is the best. Colours are fab, goes on smoothly, and lasts ages without any chipping! 
Anything on my daughters bedroom floor that is fluid enough to move and paint on.

Oh and today I am wearing Rimmel Wear Maxx in Daisy Chain...which is most unlike Rouge Noir as it's possible to be (love the colour but it chips in 3 seconds and is pretty rubbish)

It's like a mother of pearl sorta thing.
Nice for during the day plus you can put it on really quickly, even on the go as it's a slightly translucent so it's really forgiving if it's not applied perfectly.

I quite like that Electric one... maybe just for toes

So far they have been french polished, pillar box red, orange, yellow, white, silver, black and they still look pants to me!
I have a red star tattoo on my big toe and need something oomphy but doesn't look as if a two year old painted my toe nails.....I await suggestions.....

Pesky, would an exact match to the shade of the tattoo not work? I would have thought the contrast with the black polish would have looked great though?

I tried the matching but when my toes get cold they go a bluey color and the varnish tone changes colour!
The black was Ok...but as my goth/punk days are coming to an end I thought I'd ask you 'grown ups' for some advice.

Have you tried having nail art airbrushed onto your big toes? That would look cool I think, something to mimick your tattoo.

Or even french nail polish, then a star design using red and black rhinestones.

Have you tried having nail art airbrushed onto your big toes? That would look cool I think, something to mimick your tattoo.
I haven't tried that Tigi...good idea. I can practice with some nail sticker thingys first, then get the professionals in.

O.P.I.- 'Lincoln Park After Dark' - really really dark red, almost looks black, but in a 'grown up' way!
You can get it from ASOS. (and its really chip resistant... I have it on at the moment... put it on on Saturday!)
