I used to be Jen....      but facing all the empty selection boxes stashed in the spare room, last January, shamed me into going cold turkey and giving it up.

(there were TONS of empty boxes in there )

I still find it really hard if there is Cadbury's in the house...  I tell the kids to keep it away from me.  But I have got myself off it enough so that I don't end up going up the shop for a Crunchie.

LOL, my v slim/fit friend is a chocaholic but she resists for the most part, except when she's had a drink. I always have chocolate in the house but, it can be there for weeks/months, until she visits, has a few drinks and she scoffs the lot....A few years ago her husband was away on business, she went out for the evening, then rang me the next morning and said I woke up,opened my eyes, looked across the bed and thought OMG OMG aaaarggghhh......But..... no, she hadn't had a drunken 'indescretion'....on the bed was an empty box of Milk Tray
