If a friend flashed her boobs once I'd think she did it for a laugh, if it was a habit I'd wonder why she needed that kind of attention. The age thing doesn't come into it.

I was in a bar a few weeks ago and a larger-than-average young(er than me) girl was dancing on a chair and kept pulling her dress up and showing everyone her bridget jones' pants under her tights and her dress down at the front showing her bra.  Her mates seemed to think this was a great laugh and were egging her on but everyone else was either gobsmaked, disgusted or laughing at her...some even taking video of it on their phones   None of her mates asked her to stop and eventually the bouncer came over to ask her to stop.  I wasn't offended that she was flashing but I was mortified for her.  I felt really sorry for her that her friends egged her own while knowing people were filming her and it would probably end up on youtube with quite an offensive title.

Doesn't she know the golden rule of wearing Bridget Jones pants...
