Tried a second and did not better, but one of the answers was BB Winners !!!

Haven't done any walls for ages. Wonder how many there are now. Something always seems to get in the way of me having another go.
Seem to have missed the new series starting.

Wow, there are now 47 playable walls and wil be 77 by 20th December.

I've probably forgotten all the walls I played previously.

It's a pleasure Yogi. I like playing too. Even when I do badly (which is most of the time) I feel that I am going to do better next time. Ever hopeful.

I deliberately put them in that order as the producers tend to put them in decreasing order of obscurity - if I put the fourth first it would make it easer (for those who understood the connection).

I was going to put my puzzle as a separate posting, but realised that my white text might have been apparent against the slightly off-white backing for alternating posts.

I wasn't too bad tonight.  I didn't disgrace myself.
The contestants were a stodgy lot, though. Only 1 of them smiled.

On BBC4 tonight (8.30) there is a 'celebrity' edition for Comic Relief.
The 'celebrities' are Brian Sewell, Adam Hart-Davis, Grub Smith, Michael Bywater, Andrew Motion and Stuart Maconie.

The producers of Only Connect have been commissioned to produce a fifth series due sometime this year.

Apparently the "missing vowel" round will include tongue-twisters!

I watched it and enjoyed it very much.
Accuracy was all-important in the missing vowels round.
