if anybody is interested..

anyway tis the complete lack of manners from of all the HM's. .I have never heard a please or a thank you or a bless you when someone sneezes, except I lied cos the latter I heard for the first time today..

it's all, pass me that. .give me that. .get that for me.. could you do this... I wait and wait and wait but there's never a please at the end or the beginning. .nor a thanks when the favour has been done..

I was virtually brainwashed [in a good way] as a kid to never ask for a favour without adding the please and to always say thank you. . it feels weird to not hear it from any of the HM's... it's like their sentence has ended too early cutting off the please..

anyway ranty' ishness is over for now. .just had to say it. .

to be fair tho LL I don't think I heard him say please either cos when I first noticed the lack of it I kinda listened out for it even more... .. .it's a small thing that has grated on me thru the whole series... and I finally decided to have a rant about it today cos I wondered if the please and thank you words are now redundant and nobody told me

Olly, I definitely have heard him say it. Whenever someone made him a drink or something to it, he always seemed genuinely pleased and grateful to them.

It has nothing to do with the fact that I love Ben either

I never saw him do that, honestly. I am not saying he was perfectly polite all the time, but compared to the others in there, he definitely had more manners - imo

A lot of the HMs commented on it in the house. He was always taking stuff.

ah yes I forgot he did say thanks for his drinks Ll I'll give him that one. .but only that one

but as has been said he took all the guys stuff without asking first and even put one of Mario's, as yet unworn, very expensive jumpers on to go to bed in cos it was the nearest clean thing he could find... and he also took anything he could get his hands on then just discarded them with no thought for their aftercare. .he even admitted that it was common thing he did to his Real Life friends. .he has different ones for all his different needs . .his words not mine.. he's a bad bhoy.. plus he likes the monk so is a rubbish judge of character too. .

I dont think any of them had particularly good manners mostly the reasons above, saying thank you or bless me cancells out having good manners when most of them were very selfish and did things which would contradict any manners at all most of them had very bad personal habits

hahaha. . love it. to me that seems to be a natural part of the early learning process for kids yet this lot don't seem to have it had at all.. but maybe that is why they get 'chosen' for BB cos they are not what I'd class as normal everyday people. .especially if they want to go do a show like that, you gotta be a bit mental in the head to wanna be filmed 24/7 and locked in a house to boot ..or desperate wannbee's or both

I'm not sure why they don't say it much in the house......maybe it's the environment where BB provides for them so they see BB as the one to say please and thankyou to. They do say it in the DR to BB, don't they?

I found the footage of them being evacuated very interesting. They reminded me of a bunch of actors in a play taking a break. Suddenly they were all just a bunch of people laughing and joking with each other, being told what their next 'scene' would be by the director, then when they went back into the house it was 'lights, camera, action' and they all took up their roles again.

I think Josie says ta love in the DR, Katerina. .not sure about the others tho. . but as I said because it started grating on me early on it is the lack of's I tend to notice more than the times people may say it.. cos a lot of the time I am sat here adding the please or thank you for them by shouting it at my screen

John James definitely doesn't say it in the DR he usually finishes with a 'feck orf BB' attitude

I've managed to keep quiet about this until now but as it's nearly over here goes....Table manners,some of the table manners made me feel queasy and top of the list is Del Shannon (JJ),it's no secret how much I despise his antics but seeing him eat was disgusting.He had a fry up one lunchtime,he held the egg on the plate with the fork and tore bits off with his teeth while pulling his head back,he didn't bite food he tore it off with his side teeth ,add to that speaking with food in his mouth and mouth open while crammed with food his table manners leave a lot to be desired.

) but I have at times been repulsed by a lot of the eating habits in that house. Most of them do not hold hold a knife and fork simultaneously, but rather plough into their food with a fork. I thought if I'd mentioned it I'd have been accused of looking for more reasons to dislike how he is....TBH mealtimes I usually won't watch as I am a stickler for manners and would rather not see something resembling pigs at the feeding trough in there,caught off guard it wasn't pleasant viewing,imagine sitting down to a meal with some of them.

Yes, I don't think I've ever heard John James defer to anyone, that would be seen as a weakness, wouldn't it, lol.

He actually responded with 'SHUT UP, IDIOT' to a BB voice(a woman, quelle suprise) last night when he was in the bathroom hounding Josie about his problems. Josie was so embarrassed.
