they have been a real pleasure to have from birth. People have always said puppies are hard work but they have been brilliant, messy sometimes but still brilliant.

@ Hoochie mine would be a combo farm of problem kids & homeless animals. Oh wait that's my place now. If I had the money I'd buy a huge property & do full time strays & waifs lol

Awwwwwww! Well done you for raising them, how's it going? How early did you know your bitch was pregnant? I'm hoping my BIL's bitch is currently growing my future puppy, it's only been a couple of weeks since she had her dates with a hot stud though.. I have to just wait and try not to get my hopes up

I'm in love, they are absolutely adorable.  I love the one of them all asleep, the 2 on the left lying on their backs *heart melts*  I would love to offer Coco a home but we have 2 already and I don't think I could sneak a 3rd in unnoticed. 

I got my puppy play pen from Amazon - it's a soft canvas one but one thing to be wary of is that some puppies (Milo) managed to climb up the pen but luckily I'd bought the net top to go over as I was afraid that the crows might nab him thinking he was dinner 

 

The beauty is that you can make them into many shapes not just a round circle so they're also good for blocking doorways

it is great though cause I've got a double doorway in my house & I can just open it out & put it across like a stair gate & it keeps them safe & out of danger

 

a neighbour has taken one & until they are ready to go her teenage daughter comes round daily & plays with them & does this kind of thing. They already have a JRT x who is spoiled so the pup is going to be spoiled even more lol. It's nice to know they are going to loving homes.

I still think OH might decide to keep her. Or the family that took the white pup & named hm Sid (for Sid Vicious - they are lovely 80's punks) have expressed interest in Coco & would like to call her Nancy. But I'm not sure yet?!

2 doors down have pigeons & they sit on the roof & watch the babies sleep. He has had trouble getting them to come in lately cause they are mesmerised

 

I love the playpen. I don't know what we would have done without it. A real life saver

Thank you pengy & abo, I really want one- I plan on taking my (hopefully) future puppy with me to work so a play pen would be super handy and more fun than just a crate!

 

 

Milo was so small when I got him I was seriously afraid the crows would swoop in and nab him for dinner cos he was kinda rat like as a babe.  I loved being able to put him outside but know he was safe in the puppy pen with the mesh on top so they couldn't get to him.  Eventually he managed to work out he could squeeze through the links to get out 

 

He now chases the crows whenever he sees one
