You know what two weeks ago, I would have agreed with you, but I really like Ben, I find him very funny and entertaining sometimes for the wrong reasons.

I'm just puzzled when he's described as "bumbling" ... not a word I would use to describe him ever.

I do like him but can feel myself getting angry with him and going off him a bit to be honest, because he is all the things you say and I dont like these traits in a person,I find him funny at times but other times he lets himself down badly..

I love the way he won't play BB's game.... and is so polite doing it

I'd rather list what imo he is not....He isn't contrived,aggressive,vulgar, crude,rude,constantly swearing,bad mannered,or impolite....Add to that I find him unintentionally funny.

Ok ...........but if it were another HM that did that ........say - Shabby - not being arsed to do a task - would you feel the same? He is pathetic - I hope he's next out to be honest. His politics don't exactly thrill me either ..........what a complete and utter tosser!

TBH I can't see him being contrived unlike some of the others who are constantly looking to make sure the cameras are on them or actually speaking to the cameras...I feel if he were contrived he'd not dare do anything to upset the applecart.....His cough ,well what can I say I constantly cough but that is beyond my control which may well be the same for Ben.

I can't disagree with any of these qualities you've chosen to describe Ben - I might even add that he's a bit of an oafish numpty at times - but I just can't NOT like him. He makes me laugh, cringe, wince, curl up my toes and watch from behind my hands but always with a kind of amused affection. Can't help it. *shrugs*
