how will the rah kids shop now?

wtf,  why would anyone insist on wearing their pj's  to tescos?

its not just that they had trakky bottom type ones  (cos.. I admit it.. I have chucked my boots and a jumper & coat over the top of my trakky bottom pj's and bombed up the shop once or twice)....

but to go to tesco...  totally just... not dressed!   and in daylight!

go into tesco's dressed & buy some jammies, change into them in the change room after purchasing & then do shopping - sorted

So are peeps who sleep nude, forced to open their coats to prove they're not wearing jammies,  before they're allowed to shop?   

Why would anyone go shopping in their nightwear?....

Lazy slovenly arses ,it only takes a few minutes to get dressed.

Do you think they have shopping (best)  jammies and ordinary jammies...?

I saw this and was flabbergasted. I don't know what I'm most surprised by - people actually shopping loud and proud in jim-jams OR stating their dismay at NOT being able to shop in their jim-jams!

I won't even answer the door to the postie in jammies...never mind go outside in them.

"We do, however, request that customers do not shop in their PJs or nightgowns"..... I just can't believe that people actually did this, checks that it isn't 1 April!

I don't know why that branch would bother banning them but equally I'm amazed people actually go shopping wearing PJs and stuff. It takes all sorts to make a world etc 

I used to think my chavvy neighbour was well weird wearing PJs, and pink dressing gown and shoes every week when her mum used to pick her up in the car mid-morning.

I was thinking about this as I was driving up to tesco earlier... (fully dressed of course)..  

and its not just one person in this town that isn't getting dressed... its enough people to warrant the store drawing up a new policy.

In future I think they need to pick their trend setters more carefully!

Students wear pjs to the supermarkets...although admittedly they seem to have day pjs and night pjs

I can't believe people go to Tesco's in their pyjamas. How lazy can you get?!

aahhhh.. and here we go into the grey area of "leisure wear"

the pic on the article though showed a woman in proper cheapy jama bottoms... mule slippers (not even slipper boots)...  

she looked like she'd just got out of bed!

It's the hygene thing that bothers me. Imagine, you go in the supermarket and you are mooching up the aisles. We all pick things up, read the contents etc. then put them back on the shelves. Pyjama peeps, they will do the same,but, if they arn't  arsed to get dressed, I bet they arn't arsed to get washed.

I  feel  poorly to the point where if I have to go out (doctors or local shop)I often just put coat on over top of pj's, doesn't mean I don't bath and change them daily

So some people actually shop in their nightware ? wow  I've had dreams where I've felt embarrassed to realise I'm walking through streets in either underwear or nightware, well not dressed appropriately anyway, but that's a whole other matter to doing it in real life.

Years ago one of my mates straying hubby came scuttling back to her after finding out that the new love of his life liked to shop in the local shopping centre with her coat over her jammies.
Lets face it at best it smacks of slovenly behaviour and at worst it smacks of a quick way  to ply your trade.

When my son was small and couldn't sleep, I'd often go shopping at 4am in my jamas (with a coat over the top). I suppose there's a difference in wearing PJ's that could pass as loungewear compared to a frilly nightdress. If others dont find it offensive then I dont know why Tesco's are getting a strop on about it. Surely as long as you're decent and spending money with them and not Asda then it shouldn't matter?

Am I the only one here who goes through McDonalds drive thru for breakfast in my pjs?

Just for fun one time when hubby and I were in the car on a long and boring motorway I put up an umbrella, just to see folk smiling or being puzzled made the long journey easier lol.

Actually, I have a confession to make.  I've been in Safeway in Newquay dressed in a wetsuit and nothing on my feet before now. 

its the 'only popped out for a packet of fags, not as if I was doing the whole shopping'   seriously disturbing.

I love love love being in my PJ's - as soon as I get home I put my jammie bottoms on... So much more comfy than sitting around at home in jeans but... Supermarket shopping in them NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Local shop is just about passable but not a big store!

We have lots of students in our local Sainsburys who are in PJ's quite a lot and there was me thinking it was rag week or a dare but now I think it's student attire for shopping in!!!

I stop traffic walking to Tesco in my babydoll and pink mules...you have to wear PJ's to get into Tesco Stoke...
