A job that would normally take me a couple of hours max, has taken me all day! Think iv got a migraine. I took some pain killers about 45 mins ago, but that just seems to of angered it.

Now we had screen filters when I worked with comps and that's over 8 years ago.I also worked for the council so the unions were strong,if your job entailed lots of VDU comp time .you were allocated a ten minute break away from the screen,to get up and walk about etc.

when i worked at a comp for 8 hrs everyday, i either had a headache of felt let going to sleep
