Vanessa and Victor accidently let it slip on LF last night that not only were both Preston and Chantelle fully aware that they're bothing going into UBB, but they'd also been in contact with each other numerous times for weeks running up to UBB launch night.

So when Chantelle said "OMG It's Preston" when he walked down the stairs, and the look of shock on her face, that was clearly a pre-arranged storyline manufactured by BB, Chantelle and Preston.

With this in mind you'll forgive me if I'm less than sympathetic when Chantelle cries day after day.  I don't think she's particularly genuine at all.

as ive said i think they are two nice people, chantelle thought she could handle the situation and maybe just maybe she cant. i like them both good luck to them

its not the first time bb have set things up is it how many times over the years have we seen it. hope chantelle finds happiness

If that's true the whole thing is a bloody sham. Chantelle's mum was adamant Chantelle had no idea Preston would be in the house on BBLB. It's hard to know what to believe anymore.

Had an early night...TBH, when I think about it, They must have known...Chauntelle should stop milking it though, people are finding it irritating, even her supporters, me being one of them.

That link shows when I heard Vanessa say it.  Almost 3am.  During that same conversation Victor went on to confirm Vanessa's comments.

I was just about to post something to the effect of: I feel so sorry for chantelle, she's obviously really upset inside because she knows her days with preston are numbered as the show ends in a couple of days .... but after reading: they knew each other was going into the house all along .... I'm not sure what to think now

I've always thought of chantelle as a very genuine person .... I'm still finding it really difficult to believe she could be so conniving / calculated ..... jury's still out ?

Actually didn't believe her tears on tonight's HL were genuine. Not sure if she's naive or a good manipulator of Preston and the public..

I don't think it matters whether they knew each other were going into the house or not.  She obviously thought she could handle being with him in the house, then realised how hard it was proving to be.  Just because she may have known beforehand he was going in, doesn't mean that her tears are not genuine

I thought it was funny when they were chatting in bed last night and Preston was drunk so very loose lipped. .he started talking about when he asked her before UBB started if she was going in and she was with her mum  at the time and they were laughing as she said no in a yes type wayway and she thought he'd got the meaning..  then he said they wouldn't have asked me in if you'd said no..

Chantelle kept going ssssssh to him in a you are letting it all out of the bag way..  ...

Yeah I bet she thought she could handle it and wasn't aware just how raw her emotions were still but it feels to me she went in there for the showmance to start again or not..  and  then the  rags to pay her more money for the 'story'  ...   tis all a completely fake set up..

I don't think that at all.  I think she went in there, thought she could handle it and found out she couldn't.

tbh LL I wasn't as cynical at first about it. .but hearing it from the horses mouth ..both the bit about her not seeing him for more than one 5 hour meeting a year ago in the years since they divorced to her then trying to ssssh him last night when he gave the game away that he'd met her and her mum pre UBB and saying he he hadn't have done it she wouldn't have either... my cynicism meter went whoooosh to the it's a  set up reading and we're supposed to think it was pure chance they both said yes to the show... ..

it is a manipulation of the public at the very least.. as they must have discussed their back story at some point before going in as the stuck to it for a long time.. the fact Preston was drunk last night and gave the game away says it all to me..

I am sure that they had seen each other before and knew they were both going in.  I think BB were hoping that something was going to happen between them so we could have another romance on the show.

Me thinks her overacting is now backfiring on her.

Strange how Preston didn't question that his "GF's" message was missing in his letter from home yesterday too. It's a set up, the public are being taken for mugs.
