some disinfectant

I put some in the steamer to clean the bathroom tiles and must have put too much in because I choked when the steam came out and now my chest and stomach hurt when I breathe in

Will I be ok? I'm a menace when it comes to cleaning

I should be ok hun but if it doesn't improve I will ring a friend who is a nurse
