there has been a hoo haa about it...I'm not sure was it british media or northern irish, but there has been trouble about it.

Well I haven't heard about it Agent Temps. Though to be fair I probably don't consume the type of media who would make a song and dance about such a lame subject.

There was bound to be something about it. There's no way an Irish team could meet the British Queen and there be nothing passed about it...just a shame they tried to spoil the occasion with such silliness.

I've heard of him, but I wouldn't recognise him if I tripped over him. I watched that vid (no sound, I'm in work) and couldn't work out what Johnson did, apart from be an ugly git.

Haha he is brutal looking isnt he. Traditionally the side the English side were on is for the home side, MJ was asked to move to correct side by stewards but refused the Irish side then soot fo the right of England meaning the President had to walk on the grass instead of the mat provided. You need to watch video for full effect.

If that's what he did, it would seem typical of the arrogant oik, but I'd say it was directed at the Irish players rather than the president.

I have respect for ROG more than i'll ever have for MJ. I don't think the Queen should be treated with anymore respect than anyone else, she's only human nothing more, the uproar in the Media when Michelle Obama put her arm around the Queen was laughable. The Queen was just lucky to be born into her status and has done nothing to gain it, as I have said before she and the rest of the Royals are just a classier verion of Calum Best, Peaches Geldof etc.
