I quite often get sent links to special offers, on-line codes for discounts and other offers I just stumble upon.

Would anyone like a thread where we post this info so that other can take advantage?

An example post:

Supplier : HMV

Offer : 5 blu-ray's for £30

Link : http://hmv.com/hmvweb/navigate...;-1&pPageID=5703

Or it could just be:

Supplier : Tesco

Offer : 18 Toilet rolls for £1.50

Thoughts everyone

that one and the cocoa butter one are the most disgusting things ever - they're slimey!

I was always an Andres original person, but I've been thinking for a while now it's not the same quality so I'm a Charmin convert now.

firstly - MrD is extremely particular about his loo roll..    he too shuns quilted as too thick, aloe as too slimey, and velvet too loo blockable (we have to beg the boy to do "courtesy flushes" when he is in there, or else poor old MrD has to go in afterwards with a coat hanger )

but that Nicky stuff from Home Bargain has passed MrD's intense bottom scrutiny...    RESULT!

He is sitting here nodding away about it as I type...   he is off on one about it now (oh dears gods - its bloody loo roll!!! )

He says to say, its also consistently tearable, without mis-tear or..  *cue peril music* 2 ply splittage!!!

Enough....    hahahahaha..      he can bloody well sign up to the forum and come and discuss this further himself if he wants

oh, and my top bargain hunting tips are sportsdirect.com and (bestest imo) mandmdirect.com   the latter one is fab if your kids are into brands...

I got the boy over £300 worth (RRP) of clothes for his birthday last month for under £120!!!   (but I left the original price labels on...   tis all about perceived value in this house! )

As you know I have the same problem as you with toilet rolls in this house and I buy Nicky Elite as well and it's so much better than Andrex it's £1.35 for 4 in my local shop
