I was supposed to get my shopping delivered on Wednesday night but the van was involved in an accident, so they phoned to see if would be ok for them to deliver the following day instead. I said ok, but when they turned up they didn't have my Waitrose fish fingers & coffee ice cream because they didn't have the facilities to keep the frozen things. I phoned up today to make sure the frozen things had been taken off my bill and mentioned that I was very disappointed as I'm pregmunt and was really looking forward to the fish fingers and can't get them anywhere else. Anyway, they had refunded all the frozen foods and they have now arranged for a driver to bring me some fish fingers and ice cream tomorrow morning free of charge. How cool is that?!
