YES, YES, YES, YES, YES - TOTALLY AGREE.

We have a new boss who is really shaking things up, to the point that he has disestablished all jobs in the department and made it a free for all at the interviews. You can apply for anything on any grade !! Crazy.

But his current buzz word is "I'm not necessarily looking for experience, but people with a passion to suceed in their new role".

.

WHAT?!!  Please tell me you're not a surgeon and the receptionist hasn't applied for your job!

Seriously.. do you work for David Brent ?!

Fortunately Slinkiwitch, I am not a surgeon. I am a pilot.

Only kiddin !!!

I wish I did work for David Brent, I would then understand the whole thing, and have a good old laugh along the way...

How they attend X-Factor auditions, but have never had a singing lesson in their lives, despite it being their "dream". Utter rubbish, Dream my a***.

Get a work ethic and learn to work for your position in society.

OMG that's terrible - were they alright?

I believe the "gap" leads to the back of the Argos store

You've got Argos on the brain.

The woman was fine, although a wee bit shaken up. A hunky chap jumped down and lifted her back onto the platform - he got a round of applause from the other commuters.

I always worry about that happening too.
