The woman was fine, although a wee bit shaken up. A hunky chap jumped down and lifted her back onto the platform - he got a round of applause from the other commuters.

OMG ... that sounds plain awful 
I don't like opening fizzy (sparkling) wine either. We all got a bottle of champagne when we started working where we are and I gave it away to my uncle. It was his 70th birthday round about then and I wouldn't have drunk the whole bottle by myself anyway

i was a bit concerned about this 2012 end of it all type of thing, but then i read that the mayans didnt account for leap years in their calendar and we should have all gone bang 7months ago

On a more serious note..Cologne none of us here really know what you are you are going through...so all I'm saying is...hugs and that.
In all honesty the biggest thing i fear is people.
But i also fear being without them

When you fill up your shopping trolley then at the check out you bag it all up . . . and suddenly there seems to be more - it all won't fit back in the trolley !!!
