Oh how sad Norman was one of my heroes I wonder if there will be a day of national mourning in Albania?
95 Good innings that. Sad to hear of all the same.
How sad.
I think he was the only cross-over film artist/comedian who negotiated the space between the silent film slapstick age and the TV age in the UK. I think that was only feebly attempted by Mr Bean... who I hate btw.
But RIP Mr Wisssssdom!

Norman Wisdom continued to work in films until the present time. His last film is yet to be released - Labrats, a comedy about some intelligant mice - he provides the voiceover for one of them along with Martin Clunes and others.

Awwwww, R.I.P. Norm!
I'm sure that Lee Evans basses his act on him a bit.
RIP Norman Wisdon.
My Grandmother won a competition many years ago and the prize was to meet and dance with Norman Wisdom,
He was a lovely, funny man.

We've enjoyed watching all the clips on tv and ones we've found online. Hubby met him a few years ago at a golf club and said what a nice person he was, friendly and chatty with everyone and still had that cheeky sense of humour. I said to hubby earlier all the greats are leaving, hubby said they've all gone now he's gone, think he might be right.
