I'm surprised at you believing it is fake with no evidence whatsoever to back it up, apart from the usual deluded messers on this forum who believe everything is fake and scripted.
I haven't watched as its from C4 website (and also, now they are gone, i'm just glad they have and don't particularly want to see anymore of them) but why would they fake an arguement? Surely it would just add to the GBP's dislike of the pair of them? I am not one of the people who believe that there are some elements of the behaviour in the house which is faked, quite the opposite. I laugh at the suggestion of fakery in the house!
But this wasn't in the house, what was said wasn't natural, the behaviour wasn't natural, the context was nonsenical, the scene was of a convenient length, it had a dramatic narrative, and the camera's convenient presence was ridiculous and they didn't refer to it.
