The results of this week's nominations are in and it's fair to say the housemates are thoroughly shocked. Big Brother played out the nominations to the housemates via the TV screen as it was revealed that Liz, Jim and Sam will face the public vote this Wednesday.

The first two came as no shock to the housemates, as both parties have voiced their wish to the leave the House. However, Sam's addition to the group – after receiving two votes from Liz and Jim - has caused a ripple amongst the celebrities, with many calling foul play.

"That's what you call a tactical nomination" cried Luisa, referring to Jim's vote for Sam.

"It's out of order" agreed Linda.

Luisa's theory is that Jim really wants to stay and that it's a facade when he says he wants to leave. The Apprentice star reasoned that he knew Liz would be up and by nominating Sam, he had more of a chance of staying as everyone would vote for the TOWIE star and himself.

This is certainly true for Liz, who openly admitted that she voted for Sam to increase her chances of leaving on Wednesday.

"It's clear I want to go, so I choose the strongest opponent", Liz told the stunned group.

There may be a method in their madness, but Sam certainly isn't impressed with their actions.

"If they had valid reasons I wouldn't mind, but they're not", she said.

For now, Sam has retreated to the garden to ponder the results while Jim and Liz continue to justify their decisions. Somehow we have a feeling this is going to be the hot topic of the night.

Liz had seven nominations – from Dappy, Sam, Lee, Linda, Ollie, Luisa and Casey
Jim had six – from Luisa, Casey, Lee, Linda, Liz and Ollie..
Sam had two – from Jim and Liz.

Can only think it was Jim saying to Casey that Lee could have her if he wanted. Which is true and everyone knows it!

I agree the truth hurts .

Not surprised at Jim and Liz being up, but disappointed in Casey for nomming Jim.

Why are they horrified at Sam being up, is there an unwritten rule that she can't be nominated? Apart from sitting like a nodding dog, agreeing with everything Nasty Nolan says, Sam adds nothing to the show and I wouldn't be unhappy if she went.

It never ceases to amaze me how, show after show, some HMs are happy enough to vote for others but get so darn aggrieved if anyone votes for them ! Pathetic ! And whereas I had quite liked Sam ...she has now gone right down in my estimation.

Hope she gets booted out...plastic person of no interest whatsoever...how she and Ollie won that task is beyond me...Ollie squeezing out a tear may have helped,,,but really?
